Roman Josef Pfaffl

This is our winemaker Roman Josef Pfaffl. He can usually be found in the wine cellar, where he meticulously monitors winemaking. “I only get the chance to show what I can do once a year,” he says, and remains highly concentrated during the harvest and works day and night. It was also he who planned our new cellar and supervised the construction. He coordinates the many technical highlights in our cellar, and he’ll happily show you them in person when you visit us!
